By downloading, installing, or using the Digual TV Roku application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Digual TV is a media player interface application designed for use on Roku devices. The application itself does not host, provide, or distribute any media content, channels, video on demand (VOD), or series.

The service is provided "as is" and acts solely as an interface framework that allows users to connect to their own third-party media providers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

Any and all content you access through the Digual TV application.
Ensuring that you have the legal right, permission, or appropriate subscription to access said content from your chosen provider.
Configuring the application with valid, working credentials and host URLs.

Digual TV, its creators, and Argos Automation cannot assist with finding, configuring, or supporting third-party content providers. We expressly disclaim any liability for copyright infringement or violation of third-party terms of service resulting from your use of the application.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Digual TV application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with all third-party providers or all future Roku firmware updates.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Argos Automation or the developers of Digual TV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the application.
